The hotel, located near the lake, provides excellent views of Mount Fuji. The friendly staff is very accommodating and speaks limited English. The rooms are spacious and offer sitting areas with chairs and functional heating in the bathrooms. The onsen facilities are available for guests, and massage chairs, billiards, and Manga are additional entertainment options. We recommend printing out the map upfront to avoid getting lost.

The hotel had a great view of Mount Fuji, and we were close enough to enjoy the stunning sight. The staff was very friendly and provided us with free amenities during our stay. The room was spacious and clean, making our stay very comfortable.

The hotel was difficult to find while driving, and the hot spring did not feel like a true natural hot spring. the breakfast buffet was not as enjoyable as it could have been, as some of the hot items were not kept at the proper temperature.

The hotel provided excellent service, from transportation to and from the nearest bus stop to a private onsen and massage chair. The peaceful and quiet location allowed for relaxation and escape from the busy city life. Despite the language barrier, the staff understood our needs and were able to assist to the best of their ability. The room had a fantastic view of the iconic Mt. Fuji, creating a memorable experience during our stay.
